SaveFromAnywhere respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims.

Our Role

SaveFromAnywhere is an online tool that extracts publicly available video metadata and provides temporary download links. We do not host, store, or control any video content. All content accessed through our service is hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Reddit).

SaveFromAnywhere does not host, cache, or store any video content. We only provide temporary links to content hosted on third-party platforms. For permanent removal, please contact the original platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) directly.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please note that:

  • We do not host any video content on our servers
  • Content is sourced from third-party platforms
  • You should contact the original platform hosting the content for removal
  • We can only disable access to specific URLs upon valid DMCA request

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you wish to file a DMCA takedown notice, you can either use our online form below or email us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate the material (specific URLs).
  3. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Takedown Request Form

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that filing a false DMCA claim is illegal and may result in legal consequences. We will process valid requests within 24-48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction

Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving a valid request, we will:

  • Block access to the specified URLs on our service
  • Send a confirmation to the complainant
  • Log the request for our records

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
